The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled for Sunday, June 17, 2012.
Happy spring! On your next visit to Eolus, take time to notice the freshly painted walls in the elevator lobbies. Posters for the walls are being investigated, which will further enhance these lobby areas.
Highlights from the regular meeting of the board April 3, 2012:
The pool heater will be ordered shortly, with June 15, 2012, as the projected date for the opening of the pool. Ways to enhance the elevator lobbies were discussed.
Highlights from the regular meeting of the board February 7, 2012:
Among other holdover items from the annual meeting in June 2011 were discussions concerning the replacement of building windows and a new pool heater and vent system. Quotes and other research on these items are still being obtained.
The board has been without an elected president or vice-president because no one wanted to step up for those positions. The board appointed Bo Keith to fill one of the vacant board positions, then elected him as president. Director MaryGrace Stutzman was elected vice president.

NOTE: Date Change for DMMA Homeowners Weekend
Please note that DMMA has changed the weekend for the annual homeowners weekend. The 2012 Homeowners Weekend is now scheduled for Friday, Saturday & Sunday, August 3, 4 & 5, 2012. The Eolus Annual Owners Meeting will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012.
Winter Season Update
TO ALL OWNERS RENTING THEIR UNITS INDEPENDENTLY. Please make sure
that your guests are provided with the right parking passes, keys and building information. This will help greatly to avoid confusion during the very busy winter seaspm.

Mailboxes
A few mailboxes are still available for Eolus owners if anyone would like a Durango address. The one-time fee for assignment
of a box is $80. The box may be retained as long as the person is an owner or until the owner relinquishes the box,
at which time it can be reassigned.
